Betty’s been studying human change development for over 30 years using her skills as a business manager, teacher, facilitator and coach. In her private practice, she assists clients in identifying and eliminating subconscious sabotaging beliefs. Betty gently guides clients to find permanent resolution to obstacles so health, balance, and success can be restored.

Betty uses variety of behavioral coaching techniques and is a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Sports Enhancement Coach, and Certified Life Coach.
